Here I am  referring to the knowledge base within the staff to assist the customer with the best deals for example we will take the clients building plans to work out the quantities of each item required to complete  the project, be it an extension to a home or for a complete new home i. e the brick quantity, cement quantity , ceiling board quantity etc.

We also assist the customer by advising the customer the best product for a particular job .The customer thus saves in the quantity surveyor costs which can run into the thousands.We also assist the customer by referring them the sub contractors within our database to do the job at the best possible price while maintaining the quality
